Autumn Tips

WITH the cooler months are upon us, it's time to make some small changes to help you look and feel your best this fall. I have listed down a few beauty tips that you can easily fix for the fall.

Nourish your skin

If the wind changes, your skin will be exposed to dryness and cracking. Do you know that pumpkin, that abound this season, aa nourishing mask for your skin? It is rich in vitamins A, C and antioxidants and has excellent moisturizing properties. Boil some pumpkin. Mash about 2 tablespoons boiled pumpkin and mix 1 tablespoon honey with it. Apply it all over your face and leave for 10-15 minutes before washing off. It is a great way to nourish your skin!

Oil your hair
Did you know that just as the trees drop their leaves in autumn, also people tend to shed more hair during this season? Oil your hair and scalp is probably the best way to naturally condition them. Refresh your eyes

Exfoliate your body
